Service and companion animals continue to make headlines and appear on Twitter feeds. HUD and the Department of Transportation have issued recent guidance for this ever-evolving area of law. This session will review law applicable to service and companion animals with respect to residential rental property, places of public accommodation, and airports and airplanes. Understand when and where the animals are allowed and what restrictions are in place.
