In this session, presenters will examine how the Federal Circuit has heightened the standards for both the Enablement and Written Description requirements. They will discuss many leading cases, including Amgen and Juno Therapeutics, among others. Presenters will also provide multiple examples of how these defenses are used in genus/species claims, function claim limitations, and other types of claims.
