Employee handbooks are critical for employers not only for communicating information and policies to employees, but also to minimize and avoid risk and liability. Additionally, employee handbooks contain important notices required by ever-changing federal, state and local laws. Thus, it is important that handbooks remain up-to-date and compliant, especially in these rapidly evolving COVID times. Employment law practitioners Courtney Blanchard and Jessica Roe will provide legal and practical tips for creating a new handbook or reviewing an existing one.
