Minnesota lawmakers passed a bill that will gradually phase out the eviction moratorium that barred most evictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill creates an “off-ramp” for the moratorium that will leave some protections in place until next summer. Learn the important dates and deadlines that landlords and tenants will need to pay attention to in the coming months. Minnesota CLE has applied to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 1.5 standard CLE credits. The maximum number of total credits you may claim for attending this program is 1.5 credits.
Minnesota CLE also has applied to the Minnesota State Bar Association for 1.5 basic real estate specialist credits.
