In this presentation, David Gross and Chuck Webber, co-authors of NITA’s Power Trial Method, will take you from jury selection to jury verdict so that you will be ready to take your civil case all the way to trial. David and Chuck will discuss the principal differences between a state court trial and a federal court trial and some of the unknown rules of trying your case. By the end of the session, you will be ready to walk into any courtroom and try your case!
