Stat. § 507.13, the Minnesota Department of Commerce is tasked with approving and maintaining Uniform Conveyancing Forms, which are forms pertaining to the transfer of legal title of property from one person to another, or the granting of an encumbrance such as a mortgage or a lien. Learn the important provisions in these forms and how to utilize the forms correctly. Also, discover what’s new in the forms and what changes are on the horizon.
