A build to suit lease is an agreement that a landlord/developer will construct a commercial building that meets specific tenant requirements. There are several different ways that a build to suit agreement can be structured, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. In this presentation, Robert Olson will analyze the common elements of a build to suit lease and discuss how a tenant should consider them in relation to their specific needs and goals.
