For decades, our nation’s Congress and presidents have enacted policies which, in some cases, created a path to lawful residency, and in others, a temporary path to relief for undocumented immigrants. In this presentation, our panelists will discuss special forms of temporary relief including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness (LRIF).
All attendees will receive a month of free access to the LinkedLaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Immigration Practice Deskbook.
