Where Employment Law and Benefits Law Meet – Answers to Common Questions Stemming from Leaves, Termination of Employees with Disabilities, and Employment Agreements

This presentation will be a survey of those gray areas where employment lawyers meet benefits lawyers. From the perspective of an outside employment lawyer and an inside benefits lawyer, we will work through a number of gray-zone issues in the following common topic areas:
