This presentation covers two chapters of the Minnesota DWI Deskbook. Tran Nguyen analyzes motor vehicle license plate impoundment in Minnesota while Dave Jorstad discusses insurance issues related to DWI as well as the two most common civil claims that are commonly brought in connection with a motor vehicle accident involving an intoxicated driver. All attendees will receive a month of free access to the Linkedlaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Minnesota DWI Deskbook.
