Efforts to counteract cyber threats are ongoing, and organizations are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence-based applications (AI) to assist in their cybersecurity needs. Currently, these AI solutions are typically being deployed for purposes of detection. However, as AI becomes more sophisticated, it promises to also be beneficial in creating proactive solutions. The legal community is tasked with maintaining the highest of standards in regard to protecting client data and this charge makes it critical for us to stay apprised of the ways that AI is and can be implemented in cybersecurity.
