Attorney-Client Privilege: Elements of Privilege Pt. II – Made in Confidence and Seeking Legal Advice

This presentation focuses on two more essential elements of the attorney-client privilege. Molly Hough and Aram Desteian analyze how courts determine if a communication was intended to be confidential and Doowon Chung looks at the threshold question of whether a communication was made primarily for the purpose of seeking legal advice from an attorney.

All attendees will receive a 1-month subscription to the LinkedLaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s newly updated Attorney-Client Privilege Deskbook.
