This presentation addresses the discovery process and its interplay with the attorney-client privilege; how to protect and safeguard privileged information during litigation; procedures for raising issues related to the attorney-client privilege in litigation; how the attorney-client privilege will be addressed through motion practice and during trial; constitutional issues related to the attorney-client privilege; and appellate review of privilege decisions.
