This presentation discusses seven of the most important changes made relating to discovery in the 2018 amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure, and – through a close examination of evolving norms under the mirror-image federal rules – it explains how these changes may impact the discovery process moving forward for state-court practitioners.
