Mark consults with other business advisers and their clients on tax matters, including on working with all varieties of business entities and on the tax consequences of business sales, mergers and restructurings. He holds an accounting degree (with high honors) from the University of Illinois, a law degree from the University of Minnesota and a masters degree in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mark is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and is a recipient of their Excellence in Teaching Award and their Distinguished Service Award. He is a frequent and very popular speaker for Minnesota CLE.
