In-Depth Discussion of Practical Estate Planning and Drafting Issues
This program is the third in a series of four helpful half-day courses focusing on the forms in Minnesota CLE's Drafting Wills & Trust Agreements Deskbook with eFormbook.
In this seminar, our faculty will discuss how to choose between the Joint Revocable Trust and two Separate Trusts. They'll also cover the differences between the disclaimer-based plan and the formula-driven plan for each approach.
