Ethical Decision-Making Under Pressure – Strategies for Addressing Stress and Avoiding Ethical Mistakes
Increase your understanding of how stress impacts ethical decision-making and learn how to make ethical decisions under pressure. The session includes a discussion of data that indicates women lawyers report higher workloads, rates of stress, burnout and attrition. The session includes a discussion of effective ways to address the impact stress has on ethical decision-making and what firms and organizations may do to better support lawyers in managing stress to avoid ethics mistakes.

Ethical Behavior for All: Developing a Framework to Address Bullying, Harassment, and Gender-Based Microaggressions
This session discusses ethical obligations to avoid harassment based on gender, avoid committing a discriminatory act prohibited by law, and to act with civility. The presenters provide best practices for addressing bullying behavior, disrespectful language, and disparaging remarks, with a focus on those related to gender or gender identity. Get practical guidance for addressing inappropriate behavior and creating a culture that supports ethical behavior.
