Not every elder law practitioner needs to be an expert on veterans' benefits; however, being able to identify issues and connect clients with additional information and resources is an essential component to thorough representation. This session will focus on a basic working knowledge with the goal of assisting in issue spotting and resources identification for the practicing elder law attorney.
