"When a young person…grows up without proximate living examples of what she may aspire to become…her goal remains abstract." Thus, begins the video presentation "Someone Like Me Can Do This" produced by the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association. Join us for a screening of the video presentation and a discussion by members of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association (MHBA) who will address: how the video came to be; why the MHBA decided to produce it; how it was structured; what the goals are; how it has been used; responses to the video; and reflections on the personal stories of those involved.
