Oliver Goldsmith is credited with the observation, “Success consists of getting up just one more time than you fall.” Picking ourselves up after we fall is the essence of resilience. At its core, resilience is a set of skills people learn over time. Like all skills, resiliency skills can be learned, taught, and improved. This program offers an overview of resilience and features practical advice on developing personal resilience skills. Sometimes we need more than resilience, and the program will also address mental health and resources available for support.
