A panel of distinguished appellate experts will have a moderated discussion regarding perfecting an appeal to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. The topics will include: the appellate court’s jurisdiction, initiating an appeal from a district court’s decision, and motions practice and summary disposition of an appeal.

All attendees will receive a month of free access to the LinkedLaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Eighth Circuit Appellate Practice Manual.
