Let’s be honest. Many meetings aren’t just monotonous and time-consuming, they are chaotic, boring, and they drain your energy. You dread yet another gathering with endless discussions, repetitions, and positioning while the elephant remains in the room and, in some cases, clear decisions and results are lacking. Considering the tremendous pressures and work-loads in the legal field, these tiring meetings can cause a rush of cortisol, adrenaline, and other stress hormones that you can certainly do without. In this presentation, you will learn how to increase relevance, energy, focus, and productivity in meetings. And, of course, this session will address all these aspects in the context of conducting your meetings virtually, which comes with unique challenges and solutions. Whether virtual or in-person, it is possible to hold meetings that people want to attend and that deliver results. But it does require you to shift your meeting-mindset and to apply practical meeting principals and tools.
