Employee handbooks are critical for employers in not only communicating information and policies to employees, but also to minimize and avoid risk and liability. Additionally, employee handbooks contain important notices required to meet ever-changing federal, state and local laws. Thus, it is important that handbooks remain up-to-date and compliant.
