This program will look at the issues that can cause mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use and overwhelming stress in our profession. A group of lawyers, moderated by Joan Bibelhausen, Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Executive Director, will discuss the stigma about seeking help, their personal decisions to engage in well-being practices to reduce their risk and the differences it has made in their practices and their lives.
