The #MeToo movement has raised the stakes for workplace sexual harassment investigations. With criticism abounding regarding “pro forma” investigations, it is more important than ever to ensure that sexual harassment investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and effectively. In this session, you’ll learn best practices for conducting a sexual harassment investigation in the current climate through discussions of the tough situations facing employers today, such as allegations that are dated, relate to third parties, or involve concerns that the company has hired a serial harasser.
