Now that states are enacting their own fair pay laws, many of which are far more stringent than the federal Equal Pay Act, we are starting to see litigation under these laws. The EEOC and the plaintiffs’ bar have filed high profile lawsuits against Google and several prominent law firms. We will update you on these developments in pay equity law, significant recent court rulings, and related emerging trends in this cutting-edge area.
