In the last couple of years, the public (and jurors!) are hearing more and more about "fake news." Such publicity might lead one to wonder how fake news and the concept of fake news might be shaping jurors’ opinions. Or is this a new concept at all? Trial consultants Johanna Carrane and Christina Ouska will explore how the news and "fake news" affects jurors, are there some jurors more susceptible to fake news stories and how a litigator can best try a case to those operating in an environment where the truth can seem out of reach.
