Most divorce and family law matters are resolved through settlement. Minnesota Divorce Practice Deskbook authors Samantha Gemberling, Joani Moberg and Tom Tuft will discuss best practices for creating and enforcing stipulations and agreements and closing the file.
Learn about the issues family lawyers should be aware of when reaching stipulations and agreements in a family law case, including: types of agreements, pros and cons of certain agreements, the process for finalizing a stipulation and the process for enforcing an agreement.
And when that case is over, there are certain closing tasks that need to be completed. Presenters will provide a thorough overview of the most common tasks that need to be completed at the end of a case, including a handy checklist of post-case tasks!
All attendees will receive a month of free access to the LinkedLaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Minnesota Divorce Practice Deskbook.
