"Flight School": Risk Management & Ethics for In-House Counsel

Originally presented:  September 25, 2017     |     Course length:  3.0 hours

How to Think About Risk Like Your Business Clients  (60 MINUTES)
When approached with an issue by business clients, most lawyers answer the question: What does the law say? Or from a risk perspective, what is the risk that what my client wants to do runs contrary to the law? This session will present a more holistic calculation metric to quantify risk. In essence, you’ll learn how to take a particular option and quantify the risks that are associated with it, so that you and your business clients can compare options in a more reasoned way.
