After reviewing foundational GST concepts, presenter will explain the different types of transfers, providing examples and pointing out issues for the trustee on each type. Going further, the presenter will address the GST exemption, the allocation of the exemption, and the inclusion ratio that every trustee needs to understand. From a practical standpoint, presenter will provide tangible trustee administration tips related to GST matters.
