This program will walk newer investigators through the process of investigation, beginning with the intake and through the findings of fact. Participants will get an overview of investigative planning, interviewing, conducting credibility assessments and making findings. A live interview will demonstrate effective interviewing skills and techniques, examining the critical steps in conducting an effective investigation.
