In preparation for trials, attorneys often become sidetracked with the details of their case and forget those who will ultimately decide their case: the jury. This presentation looks at the things that attorneys can do to put their best foot forward in trial. From creation of your trial story and courtroom presentation to proper use of social media in jury selection, presenters will discuss the little and larger things you can do to allow the jury to concentrate on your case and finding for your client.
