From the veteran trial lawyer to the newly credentialed associate, the presenter will provide an update on the newer trends in jury trials and how best to adapt these developments to your case. She will address a wide range of topics from the increasing use of juror questionnaires to the increased usage of “mini-openings” prior to voir dire. Discussion also will include issues ranging from the prolific use of social media by both legal teams and jurors, to the prohibition of jury studies in certain venues.
