The Minnesota legislature updated and amended several statutes relating to parenting time, spousal maintenance, antenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and rights and responsibilities relating to assisted reproduction. This presentation focuses on the updates to custody, parenting time, temporary relief issues, and attorney fees.
