Ignoring the continuous development of your leadership skills is risky business. You may have a busy practice at a firm that is focused on business development, maximizing profits, and serving clients in the best possible way. In order to accomplish these objectives, you’ll need to excel in the ‘hard skills, such as: robust legal analysis, persuasive legal argument, and effective legal writing, to name a few. Yet without strong leadership skills, these ‘hard skills’ will not come to full fruition.
