The New FFCRA Federal Legislation – The New Paid Sick Leave, the New Emergency Family Medical Leave and More!

This seminar is designed to provide a working knowledge of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) including the requirements under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act (EPSLA) and the Emergency Family Medical Leave Act (EFMLA). These new employee protection statutes apply to many of the businesses you represent and need to be followed carefully. The new statutes also interplay with existing employment laws and need to be understood in that context.

Four experienced employment lawyers will help you understand the basic workings of the statute, the more complex issues that arise under these new laws and practical tips and strategies for complying.
