Lawyers are often frustrated by the aggressive tactics of opposing counsel but often are not sure when those tactics become unethical. This presentation will cover threats to report a party to criminal authorities, when a lawyer may engage in "undercover" investigations, and the limits on advising a client to negotiate with a represented opposing party.
