This skills training course is certified for 6.0 hours of civil adjudicative/evaluative training by the Minnesota State Court Administrator’s Office. 6.0 hours is required by Rule 114.13 to provide arbitration, summary jury trial, early neutral evaluation, and adjudicative or evaluative services, or to serve as a consensual special magistrate. Completion of this course qualifies participants for the civil adjudicative/evaluative (arbitration) roster.

This course also qualifies for 6.0 continuing education in ADR credits, required to remain on the neutrals’ roster.

Minnesota CLE also has applied to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 6.0 CLE credits, including 1.0 ethics credit. The maximum number of total CLE credits attendees may claim for this course is 6.0 credits.

In addition to the standard course materials, attendees also will receive a copy of the Minnesota ADR Handbook, a one-stop resource and indispensable guide to the statutes, rules and requirements governing alternative dispute resolution in Minnesota.
