Focus and Flow: Dealing With Overwhelm, Distractions and Interruptions in Your Busy Law Office  (60 MINUTES)

In this course, solo practitioner and productivity coach Dyan Williams will discuss how to design your schedule and plan your day to avoid overwhelm, reduce distractions, and manage interruptions that are counter-productive. Learn why time blocking, activity logging, and working mindfully are keys to true productivity and how you can implement these processes to accomplish your highest priorities.
