Refund Policies
| Seminars | Paid registrants who cancel at least 72 hours before the program will receive a full credit on their account; if fewer than 72 hours a $25 administrative fee will be deducted.
(This policy does not apply to skills training programs.) Paid registrants who fail to attend will receive the written materials. Passholders may purchase the course materials at 50% of the full retail price. |
| | Skills Training Programs | Refunds (minus administration fees
which increase as the course date approaches) will be made if cancellation is received eight or more days prior to the program. A detailed policy will automatically be sent when our office receives your registration. You may also request a copy of the policy by calling our administrative offices at 651-227-8266 or 800-759-8840. |
| | Publications | Risk-Free
30-Day Approval: Return privileges apply on book purchases. If you decide not to keep a book and it is not damaged, return it to Minnesota CLE within
30 days of receipt and you will receive a full credit on your account, minus a $4.00 restocking fee for each returned item. |
