CONDITIONS

Payment must be returned within ten (10) business days of
receipt of confirmation from Minnesota CLE

Booth
placement is made at the discretion of Minnesota CLE

Any
additional arrangements and costs (i.e. shipping, electric
service, phone service) are the sole responsibility of the
exhibitor and must be made through the venue. Please see
additional
information about exhibiting at the Saint Paul RiverCentre.

Exhibit booths may be staffed by a maximum of two (2) persons.
Additional representatives must be registered to attend the
event.

Exhibitors agree to keep their display within their assigned
booth space

outside their assigned booth space

Sharing of a booth by more than one company is prohibited

Exhibitors may not distribute food or beverages without prior
