Exhibitor Fee:  $1000

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hours Friday, May 30:
7:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment must be returned within ten (10) business days of receipt of confirmation from Minnesota CLE

  • Booth placement is made at the discretion of Minnesota CLE

  • Any additional arrangements and costs (i.e. shipping, electric service, phone service) are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and must be made through the venue. Please see additional information about exhibiting at the Saint Paul RiverCentre.

  • Exhibit booths may be staffed by a maximum of two (2) persons. Additional representatives must be registered to attend the event.

  • Exhibitors agree to keep their display within their assigned booth space                      

  • Exhibitors are prohibited from distributing promotional materials outside their assigned booth space

  • Sharing of a booth by more than one company is prohibited

  • Exhibitors may not distribute food or beverages without prior approval from Minnesota CLE

  • Minnesota CLE is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of exhibitor property

  • Attendee lists and course materials are NOT distributed to exhibitors

  • Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the Institute

Exhibitors applying online may submit payment by credit card or check, following approval. Payments by check must be received by Minnesota CLE no later than ten (10) business days after approval from Minnesota CLE. Credit card payments can be made over the phone; please call Annie at 651-254-2152.
