Receptionist & Accreditation Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Receptionist/Accreditation Coordinator answers the telephone, greets visitors to Minnesota CLE and maintains the reception area. In addition to performing routine clerical tasks, the Receptionist/Accreditation Coordinator is responsible for sorting the incoming deliveries, and for credit application for all Minnesota CLE seminars. The position requires an individual with a working knowledge of Windows-based software.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Receptionist/Accreditation Coordinator must maintain good attendance, strong dependability, and extreme patience. Because of the direct interaction with our customers on a daily basis, the Receptionist/Accreditation Coordinator must possess good communication skills, maintain a professional and helpful attitude, and have strong teamwork and interaction skills. In order to perform effectively at the Receptionist/Accreditation Coordinator level, the individual must maintain excellent attendance and sick leave absences cannot exceed 12 days per year.
