Yes. See System Requirements for more information.

Q. Can I receive CLE credit for viewing this on-demand seminar?

Depending on the jurisdiction in which you practice, you may or may not be able to claim credit for viewing this on-demand seminar. Please check with your licensing agency for accreditation information.

In Minnesota, the Minnesota State Board of CLE grants credit only to elimination of bias on-demand programs. And, only attorneys residing or working outside of Minnesota are eligible to meet their Minnesota elimination of bias education requirement (up to 2.0 hours maximum) by viewing an accredited elimination of bias course online. All other on-demand seminars are not approved for credit by the Minnesota State Board of CLE, and attorneys licensed in Minnesota may not claim credit in Minnesota for viewing them.

Q. Why can’t I install Microsoft Silverlight or Acrobat Reader?
Installing Silverlight is a two-part process – first you download, then you install. Your firm might have restrictions in place. You should contact your IT department for further assistance in this case.

Q. Why does the on-demand seminar “stutter” with frequent pauses?
This is most commonly due to a lack of sufficient bandwidth on the customer's end. In these cases, the bandwidth available at the customer's end is just being over-utilized and there is not much you can do to eliminate the pauses. If possible, move to another high-speed Internet connection point and reconnect to the webcast. You may also need to contact your IT department for further assistance.

If you require technical assistance at any time before or during the on-demand seminar, please call Minnesota CLE at 800-759-8840 or 651-227-8266.
