		materials on a fully-searchable CD-ROM plus hardcopy handouts for all 
		the sessions you attend. If you cannot attend the Institute, you can 
		still receive the materials. The hardcopy and the CD-ROM versions will 
		be available individually for $105* each, or you can choose to receive 
		both the hardcopy and the CD-ROM as a set for only $155* per set. </font></p>
