		<font face="Arial" size="2">Minnesota CLE is applying to the Minnesota 
		State Board of CLE for <b>11.0 total credits, including 1.0 law office 
		management credit.</b> The total also includes <b>1.0 law office 
		management credit for breakout session #3</b> and <b>1.0 ethics credit 
		each for breakout sessions #6 and #10.</b> The maximum number of 
		total credits attendees may claim for the 2012 Bankruptcy Institute is 11.0 credits.</font></p>

		<font face="Arial" size="2">Please note that of your 45-credit 
		requirement every three years, a maximum of 6.0 credits may be law
