ÿþ<title>The 2010 Business Law Institute - Credits</title> <table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="8" cellpadding="0" id="table1"> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top"> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 6px"> <font face="Arial" color="#CC6633" size="4">Credits </font></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">Minnesota CLE is applying to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for <b>11.25 total credits.</b> We anticipate that breakout session #1 will qualify for <b>1.0 ethics credit.</b> We also anticipate that breakout session #14 (a two-hour session) will qualify for <b>2.0 elimination of bias credits.</b> If you attend breakout session #1 or #14, you must deduct those credits from the 11.25 hours of  standard credit. For example, if you attend breakout session #1, you would claim 1.0 ethics credit and 10.25 standard credits for a total of 11.25 credits. <b>In no case may you claim more than 11.25 total credits for the 2010 Business Law Institute.</b></font></p></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top">&nbsp;</td> </tr> </table>
