		<font face="Arial" size="2">Minnesota CLE is applying to the Minnesota 

		State Board of CLE for <b>6.0 law office management credits and 4.5 

		ethics credits. </b>(Please note 

		that of your 45-credit requirement every three years, a maximum of 6.0 

		credits may be law office management credits.) We anticipate that three 

		plenary sessions and breakout sessions #3, #5 and #8 will qualify for 

		ethics credit. The maximum number of 

		total credits attendees may claim for this course is 10.5 credits. </font></p></td>
