		State Board of CLE for <b>9.5 total CLE credits. </b>Ethics and elimination of 

		bias credits also will be offered during breakout sessions at the live 

		seminar. We anticipate that session #4 will qualify for <b>1.0 ethics 

		credit</b> and session #8 will qualify for <b>2.0 elimination of bias 

		credits.</b> The maximum number of 

		total credits attendees may claim for this course is 9.5 credits.</font></p>

		for the video replay will be <b>9.5 total CLE credits, including 1.0
