Course Materials Conference attendees will receive a binder with written materials for all plenary sessions. In addition, at each breakout session you attend, you’ll receive a set of materials in hardcopy form so that you can follow along and take notes. Each attendee also will receive a handy, fully searchable CD-ROM with all the conference materials, links to the PowerPoints and other supplements! If you cannot attend the Institute, you can still get a copy of these terrific materials. The materials will be available in hardcopy format for $110* each or on a fully-searchable CD-ROM for $110* each.
